Yellowstone Firepit Crew ("YFPC") is a collection of 1,018 unique pieces of wildlife artwork available in print and digital form. Artwork includes images and traits ("Art"). The digital form of the collection consists of non-fungible tokens running on the Polygon network ("NFT" or "NFTs"). NFT owners are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Polygon wallets and validating all transactions and contracts related to this collection before approval. As the YFPC program ("Smart Contract") runs on the Polygon network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website, you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving YFPC artwork.

Ownership of NFTs

 

You Own the NFT. Each NFT includes one of ten editions of a piece of the YFPC reflected on the Polygon blockchain. Upon delivery, ownership of NFTs is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Polygon network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any NFT. The NFTs are limited edition, and as such, Firepit Labs LLC will never mint new NFTs using the same artwork as used in the YFPC.

Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Firepit Labs LLC grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your NFT, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the NFT leaves the website/application.

Royalties. Upon resale of any NFT, 10% of the sale price shall be paid by the seller to the address designated by the smart contract. Most exchanges will automatically deduct royalties from resale proceeds, which satisfies this provision.
